+ Happiness is about managing your expectations.
+ Expectation is something you have full control over, but we choose not to.
2๏ธโฃ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ, ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ.
+ The more expectations you have, the more short-term your happiness is.
+ Does not mean you do not treat yourself to good things in life, but is that all?+ Are we defining our happiness too narrowly? No thanks to advertisement.

+ Any bonus is a bonus, but I’m not expecting the bonus.
+ Anything โextraโ, helps to springboard your happiness to the next level.
+ Simply because you have a low expectation and are not expecting it.

+ Are you living according to the expectations of people and society?
+ Or are you living according to what you want for yourself?
+ Low expectation does not mean I donโt perform.
But If you are happy and grateful for what you have, you will naturally want to perform above the baseline.
