When I work with someone nowadays, I will always make it a point to emphasize the above.
I do not care about what the person can do; I care about who the person is.
They might be a master in their craft, but if they cannot live up to a high integrity standard, then it does not matter.
+ Anyone can learn an ability but not Integrity.ย
+ Integrity can only be experienced.
+ Your Integrity is what people say about you, not you.
Throughout my business journey, I encountered a small group of people who took advantage of me when their greed overtook them.
It is sad that, at times, you meet people who exchange their Integrity for their job.
And yes, it is easy to say, “Do the right thing”, but it is tempting to sway when it comes to crunch time.
The good news is that ever since RISEUP was born, I have met numerous leaders who prefer to do the hard stuff and the hard way because Integrity is the pillar of who they are, and it is no surprise why they are successful.
Because they knew that, by first being willing to do the hard stuff, the rest would be easy.

+ They put Integrity first because they know that you lose it forever if you lose it.
