I had the golden opportunity to catch up for a 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗨𝗣 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 over lunch with Elissa Neo, Head of Training at AIA.
It was undoubtedly one of the many enjoyable and fabulous conversations I had with leaders.
Here is my 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗨𝗣 takeaway, and I hope it resonates with you.
1. 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗢𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝗯?
Elissa is an extraordinary individual. While it takes most people 5 years to complete an initiative, she accomplishes it in just one year! 😱
Talking about being on Fire with your job!
+ Does your job call forth your energy and passion?
+ If the answer is yes, you are in the 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗨𝗣 space.
+ Because to 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗨𝗣 each day, requires a conscious effort.
Bᴇ Cᴏɴꜱᴄɪᴏᴜꜱʟʏ Oɴ Fɪʀᴇ!
2. 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁!
In our conversation, I resonated with the idea of being able to spot opportunities and be the first in the industry to create a shift.
Elissa is fearless in experimenting and creating new frontiers.
This is the spirit of 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗨𝗣, where we are not afraid to push boundaries.
When you push boundaries, you…
+ Shift Atmosphere
+ Shape Your Action
+ Sharpen Your Gifts

3. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗳 𝗢𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀
+ There is only so much we can do each day.
+ There is only so much energy we have each day
+ There are only so many opportunities we can take on each day/
Therefore,
# Choose your game wisely
# Choose where to amplify your gift
# Choose where you need to let go, too.
